1. Terms of Sale
All sales are subject to verification of receipt of payment. No COD's are accepted.

2. Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following: Before returning the merchandise, you must request (by phone or email) a Return Authorization Number. Include the number with your return. Return(s) must have all original tags and must be in new condition. Clearance items, special purchases, books, DVDs, CDs, and videos are not eligible for a refund. Oversized items may be subject to a restocking fee. Please allow up to two weeks for a credit to show up on your credit card statement.

3. Shipping Information
We do not ship any merchandise outside of North America. All orders will be shipped via UPS, please provide a physical address as carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Oversized packages may require additional charges. Please note: due to regulations, knives and other weapons cannot be shipped out of the U.S.

Please remember for Next Day, Second Day, or Third Day, you must order by Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. You must also give an extra day for your order to be confirmed and processed. If you order Thursday or Friday those special orders will arrive the following week. UPS will not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
Shipping charges are based on weight and pricing of merchandise. Upon entering your order our mail room clerk will adjust the shipping charge to the accurate price. If the charge is more than specified you will be notified before charge is completed. Orders placed on holidays will not be processed or shipped till the next day.
4. Product Availability
The Alamo Gift Museum will occasionally experience a high demand for certain items, thus causing a shortage. We will do our best to replenish our stock in a timely and efficient manner. If it happens that we are temporarily out of stock for an item you order, we contact you promptly with an estimated date of availability.

Our customer service department is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. central time, Monday through Friday. We are closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
